Grind Refined provides AI automation consulting, system design, and implementation services for small businesses, including but not limited to: lead follow-up automation, SMS booking systems, AI voice receptionist setup, and CRM management.
All services are provided on a project or retainer basis as outlined in individual service agreements or proposals. These Terms govern general use of our website and communications. Specific service terms will be provided separately when you engage us for paid work.

Results and recommendations are based on the information you provide and are intended as a starting point for conversation — not a guarantee of specific business outcomes. Actual results will vary based on your business, market, and implementation.
Grind Refined offers an optional SMS communication channel for users who explicitly opt in. Providing your mobile phone number on a Grind Refined form does not automatically enroll you in SMS messages. You will only receive text messages if you actively check the SMS consent checkbox on the form where your number is collected.
If you opt in to SMS, you may receive text messages from Grind Refined related to your inquiry, your assessment results, scheduling, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at elena@grindrefined.com.
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using our website, completing our assessment, accessing our calculator, booking a discovery call, or purchasing any service. You may decline SMS consent and still receive every service Grind Refined offers.
Age Restriction. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Grind Refined, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and the authorized account holder or user of the mobile phone number you provide. SMS opt-in is not available to individuals under 18.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer. Wireless carriers (including but not limited to Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. Message delivery is dependent on carrier networks and is not guaranteed. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
SMS Usage Allocations. Each Grind Refined service plan includes a monthly SMS segment allocation: The Foundation includes 2,000 segments per month, The Accelerator includes 3,500 segments per month, and The Master Infrastructure includes 6,000 segments per month. Allocations reset on the first of each calendar month and do not roll over. Usage above your monthly allocation is billed as a cost pass-through at $0.01 per segment on your next invoice.
Plan Adjustments. Grind Refined reserves the right to adjust SMS allocation thresholds, included features, retainer pricing, or other service plan terms with thirty (30) days written notice to active clients via email. Changes apply to the billing cycle following the notice period. Active clients may cancel without penalty within the notice period if they do not wish to continue under the revised terms.
Specific service terms — including scope of work, deliverables, performance commitments, and termination conditions — are governed by the individual service agreement signed at the time of engagement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and the assessment tool — is the property of Grind Refined and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Grind Refined does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
